Endosporin is used: in animal husbandry and poultry farming and in fish farming.
Endosporin is a highly effective probiotic that is also effective as a feed additive, which includes 2 strains of bacteria Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. The drug in the form of a solution or in a dry lyophilized state is a cellular biomass of two active spore-forming cultures, which complement and enhance the effect of each other. Registered in Ukraine.
The drug has a wide spectrum of action:
- antimicrobial action, suppresses pathogenic and opportunistic microflora and does not affect representatives of normal microflora;
- improves feed digestibility;
- has an immunomodulatory effect;
- contributes to increasing the mass of animals and preserving livestock;
- does not cause the formation of resistant forms of strains of pathogenic bacteria.
Mechanism of action:
1) antibacterial, antifungal, antimicrobial the effect of strains-components of the drug is based on their ability to synthesize antibiotics - surfactin, fengycin, bacillibactin, bacillaen, macrolactin, difficidin, which suppress the development and reproduction of a wide range of pathogenic microorganisms. In addition, synthesized Bacillus subtilis bacteriolytic and yeast-lytic enzymes destroy the cell walls of pathogenic bacteria, which enhances the antagonistic effect of the drug;
2) increasing feed conversion occurs due to the synthesis by strains of enzymes (cellulases, proteases, lipases, amylases), which break down proteins, fats, carbohydrates, fiber and thereby contribute to improving digestion and assimilation of feed;
3) immunomodulatory effect occurs by increasing the synthesis of endogenous interferon and activating the phagocytic activity of leukocytes and macrophages;
4) increasing the mass of livestock is due to the synthesis by strains of numerous biologically active substances - vitamins, amino acids, etc., which have a positive effect on metabolism;
5) spore probiotic is more stable to the adverse effects of the aggressive environment of the gastrointestinal tract, retains its vital activity for a longer time, exhibits high antagonistic activity against a wide range of pathogenic microflora and can be used as an alternative to antibiotics.
Application:
- treatment and prevention of dysbiosis;
- treatment and prevention of intestinal and purulent infections;
- treatment and prevention of postpartum endometritis, fetal membrane retention (poop);
- other inflammatory diseases of the birth canal.
